Exhibition Rooms

The permanent exhibition in the Bomann-Museum shows around 150 miniatures from a selected period, accompanied by a comprehensive exhibition catalogue.

The objects are carefully presented in special glass cases for conservation and museum purposes. Magnifying glasses attached to the cases allow visitors to view the contents in detail. A room for visitors and the library complete the exhibition.

Visitors can access the Foundation’s exhibition rooms while the Bomann-Museums is open.

The Foundation offers persons with a special research interest the opportunity of working with the collection on site and provides access to items currently held in the archive. If you wish to use this option, please first contact Mr Bernd Pappe and arrange an appointment with Ms Juliane Schmieglitz-Otten.
