Charles Antoine Claude Berny d'Ouville

Born in Auvergne, this miniaturist and genre painter studied at the Ecole de l'Académie royale de peinture et de sculpture from 1785. He exhibited some of his work in the Salon between 1802 and 1833, and in 1803, he took part in an exhibition in Bordeaux. His son Eugène also was a miniaturist.
